I heard about MBT from a friend of mine who has had a lot of success with the program, and she spoke so passionately about her Body Tutor, and the program, and how well it worked for her. This was 8 months before my wedding, and I was absolutely determined to look killer in my wedding dress (isn't this a dream of every bride?). With MBT, I felt that I had my own nutritionist (he would look at restaurant menus and tell me the best choices to order, and recommend meals to make at home!), personal trainer (he would push me to get to the yoga studio or do max interval training (my exercises of choice) -- and helped me focus on muscle tone instead of just weight loss), and friend (he always had my best interests at heart (not his own) and never made me feel guilt).

It's fascinating when we start to notice our own behavior. Typically, we distance ourselves from that person. We find something they have that we don't. We make them into something other than an ordinary, regular person. Then, we create an excuse for why we can't achieve the same level of success.
The most important thing to realize: Whatever anyone else has done or become, you can do or become as well, with the right support, guidance and accountability.
