Before I started working with MyBodyTutor, I felt like I was watching myself become more and more unhealthy, with age starting to take its toll. My biggest fear was that I would resign myself to relying on medication and a sedentary lifestyle. I struggled with food quality and quantity—I was eating too much and not getting enough good nutrients.

I had tried to get fit many, many times in the past, but the missing piece was habit-building and working with what I already had. Everything else felt like a diet or a radical change in what I ate, not how I related to nutrition.

My blood pressure, which was previously at hypertension stage 1 and required daily medication, is now normal without meds. My cholesterol is close to normal and continues to trend in line with my long-term goals. 

Beyond the numbers, my clothes are smaller, I sleep better, and I feel more comfortable in the world—all because I've committed to showing up, even when I didn’t want to.
