I am a certified Master Health and Wellness Coach, a Transformational Life Coach and a Neurodiversity Coach. I specialize in health and wellness coaching for individuals and families and I also have a specialization in the specific needs/strengths of clients who have issues with ADHD or executive functioning.

I am from a multicultural background and I have traveled globally and lived abroad in 5 different countries. This has given me a unique perspective and a cultural humility, especially when it comes to health and wellness, food and the varied cultural expectations people face!

I now live on the west coast with my family. I spent the first part of my life in the entertainment industry, and I traveled for work constantly ( I know firsthand the pitfalls of travel for a wellness routine– through trial and error, I have a lot of strategies for maintaining wellness routines on the road!). I was always interested in health and wellness from a performance angle.. To be able to perform for long hours I had to learn how to keep myself in optimal performance shape. My work required rigorous discipline and habits– I needed fail-safe systems to keep my voice and body in shape while performing, all while travelling and living in hotels.

Later, my first born was diagnosed with neurodevelopmental disorders, and I intuitively knew health and wellness and nutrition systems were going to be key in supporting her brain function and her overall success. I had to find a way to build systems for her that she was motivated to follow and stick with and to be able to coach her through the process. I used our family’s daily health and wellness choices to optimally support our child’s brian function and guess what? Everyone in my family started to thrive. I decided to train as a health and wellness coach so I could do this for others– help support them to get to their most optimal version of themselves. Our nutrition, sleep and movement choices are the most important choices we can make for ourselves, day in and day out, and our ability to change all starts with our mindset.

You’ve heard the phrase, change your story and you’ll change your life? It’s TRUE.

I believe health and wellness are the gateways to optimal performance and an optimal life. I am still uniquely interested in story– the stories we tell about ourselves, and how that running narration impacts us. My coaching encourages my clients to re-tell their stories and reach for their greatest vision for themselves. I love MBT for the chance to really develop a relationship with clients. I get to really learn their stories and help frame up the story they want to tell. The daily and personal accountability is also key– achieving optimal performance requires daily practice and consistent effort. The daily interaction with my MBT clients is paramount to their success!
