My weight had been creeping up for months, and I had tried everything I could to slow it down...
I was reading diet books, working out, and counting calories, but nothing seemed to work. Then, by chance, I ran across Adam and MyBodyTutor.

Having accountability was key to it all. Knowing that my coach was there to hold me accountable made all the difference. It's easy to make and break a promise to yourself. But I didn't want to break a promise I made to my coach.
So how are things now? I'm down 40 pounds, and I'm in the best shape I've ever been. And the way I eat has completely changed.
